We offer a flat $5.99 rate – with free shipping on all US orders over $150, automatically applied at checkout.

Because our items come directly from a diverse collective of independent makers, fulfillment models can vary. Some items are stocked and ready-to-ship from our warehouse, while others are made-to-order (included in the details section).

Cool Story offers domestic returns for items valued at $40 or more within 30 days of receiving your order, excluding items marked as "Final Sale."

Exchanges and returns for store credit are free of charge. For returns requesting a refund, the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount. Please note that the following are not eligible for returns or exchanges: items under $40; final sale; gift cards.
