Cool Story offers domestic returns for items valued at $40 or more within 30 days of receiving your order, excluding items marked as "Final Sale" and gift cards.

• Exchanges and returns for store credit are free of charge.
• For returns requesting a refund, the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.

Did you accidentally bag the wrong thing (size, color, etc.)? We've been there – just get in touch before your order is processed and we'd be happy to help you out with an exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your product must be in the same condition that you received it (unworn or unused, with tags).

We can only accept returns for products in unworn, unused condition, exactly as they were received. Any returns or products sent back in unsellable condition — including, but not limited to, washed apparel, deodorant or makeup stains, pet hair, missing tags and odors/fragrances — will not be eligible for return and will be sent back to the customer.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
