tea mocktails we ♡ featuring chai, earl gray & herbal fruit

The master of flavors regularly mixes up unique, tea-based drinks for seasonal mocktail classes hosted at her Williamsville shop. (That's how the Cool Story team first fell in love with its scratch-made tea simple syrups 😍)
Here, Justine shares three customer favorites from her irresistible lineup of mocktails featuring tea. Get brewing *and thank us later*
earl grey mojito mocktail
- 1.5 oz. peppermint tea, cold
- 1 oz earl grey simple syrup
- 1/4 oz. fresh lime juice
- 2 oz. club soda
Pour earl grey syrup, cold peppermint tea and lemon juice in a glass. Fill with ice and top with club soda. Stir gently.
To spike it: Add 1.5 oz. white rum
cranberry sparkler mocktail
- 1/2 oz. bubblegum simple syrup
- 2.5 oz. cranberry apple tea, cold
- ¼ oz. fresh lemon juice

2 oz. club soda or non-alcoholic prosecco
Pour bubblegum syrup and chilled cranberry apple tea into a glass and stir to combine. Add ice and top with sparkling water or na prosecco.
To spike it: Add 1.5 oz. vodka

chai mulled wine mocktail
- 3 oz. berry berry tea, hot
- 1 oz. chai simple syrup

1/2 oz. fresh orange juice
Brew berry berry tea and keep it warm. In a heatproof glass or mug, combine chai syrup, warm tea and orange juice. Stir well.
To spike it: Replace 1 oz. tea with 1 oz. red wine or port and/or 1 oz. spiced rum.
